Nursing

We recruit and deploy skilled and experienced nurses to suit various nursing needs of our clients. They are capable, quick to adapt and settle in new environment. We induct our Nursing work force with coping mechanism to competently deliver high standards of nursing care.

In addition, we ensure that nurses placed in Aged Care facilities are no stranger to Aged Care standards and documentation. They are ACFI competent, and familiar with Resident of the Day assessments. (they will make your quality commission auditing easy).

Assistant in Nursing / Carer

Agenns has built a strong network of carers in the Cairns and Townsville region who are experienced in Elderly and disability care. Our AINs are competent to provide personal care, assist in hydration and nutrition and other activities of daily living. They are well vast with documentation and many other tools needed to deliver high stand of care.

Our community AINs are trained in helping to improve the quality of life of your patients/clients by supporting them individually to live their daily lives to the fullest.

Midwifery

The midwives enlisted with Agenns have over 5 years of experience including a nursing background. They are competent and well appraised, and are capable of working as MGP, Clinic and Hospital Maternity including special care.

They give the necessary supervision, care and advice to women during pregnancy period, labour and the postpartum period. They can independently provide full antenatal care, including screening tests in the hospital, community, and home. Our midwives provide counselling and advice before and after screening and tests.

Disability / Supported Living

Agenns has a team of both RNs and Carers working with people who have disabilities to promote their independence. Your patient/client will benefit from the care given by our staff because they are trained to offer dignified, supported living to ensure people with disabilities live their lives to the fullest.

Clinics / Immunisation

With the COVID pandemic, and other diseases requiring immunization, some clinics are overwhelmed with the demand for immunisation. Agenns has selectively recruited nurses trained in immunisation and have spare time to meet your staffing need. They are committed to cover Northern Queensland.

Community / Remote Nursing

Our community nurses are clinically senior and have self-initiative with quick professional judgment and decision making. Agenns equip community nurses with lone worker training.
